LightEquity is a non-profit organization dedicated to using light and lighting design to build a more equitable future.
In the wake of the Los Angeles wildfires, entire neighborhoods were left navigating unimaginable loss. But recovery is about more than rebuilding structures - it’s about restoring safety, dignity, connection, and a sense of home.
Light for LA was created to help bridge the gap between communities in recovery and the power of thoughtful lighting design. Through partnerships, education, and community-centered planning, we’re working to ensure that light becomes part of a more resilient future for Los Angeles.
